What is a Speaker Evaluator Exchange Meeting?
Your club VP Education contacts another club VP Education. Together you schedule your club to send a Speaker and an Evaluator (with other members) to other club to speak and evaluate (their member, not from your club). One meeting you visit their club with a speaker and evaluator. Next meeting they visit your club bringing a speaker and evaluator. Other club evaluates the guest speaker and guest evaluator evaluates speaker from other club.

What a great way to step out of your box and connect with other clubs!

Try it and see what a new vitalization will come to your club.
Remember – the more we learn to share and connect with others, the more we grow as a person and take the Toastmasters message to the world.

After both meetings of the exchange are completed, send both agendas and a photo using this form.
The club, which participates in the most Speaker / Evaluator / Exchanges, will receive one full 2020 Annual District 16 Conference ticket. Should there be a two-way tie, then two tickets will be given. Club can have a drawing for which member receives the ticket. Winners announced at January TLI. NOTE: Every club that participates will be put in a drawing for an additional 2020
