Per Protocol 7.1, this is notice of an electronic vote to take place. The week of January 12, 2020, the District Council will be voting on the following 2 items:
1. Kathleen O’Toole to serve as Program Quality Director for the remainder of the 2019-2020 year.
2. Louanne Marshall to serve as Club Growth Director for the remainder of the 2019-2020 year.
District Administrative Bylaws, Article VII(g) excerpt on this topic:
A vacancy in any office shall be filled by the District Executive Committee upon the recommendation of the District Director, or upon recommendation of the highest elected District officer if the vacancy is in the office of District Director. Individiual members who fill vacant roles shall meet all the qualifications for the role, as defined in Article VII, Section (d) of these administrative bylaws. Such appointment shall become effective immediately and will run until the next succeeding District Council meeting at which time such appointment shall be confirmed or another individual member elected into office. If the office of Immediate Past District Director is vacated for any reason, it shall remain vacant for the remainder of the term.
